So like I said, I don't have actual measurements for all my cooking because I like having fun on the kitchen and experimenting, BUT thought I would still list some ingredients and such to help y'all along!

Cashew Cream:
Cashews blended till smooth
Herb:
-Dill
-Tarragon
-Dijon
-Garlic Powder
-Lemon Juice
-Sea Salt
Chipotle:
-Smoked Paprika
-Hot Sauce
-Seal Salt
-Garlic Powder
Sweet:
-Vanilla
-Maple Syrup

Quinoa:
1-1.5 Ratio of quinoa to brothe of choice

Roasted Potatoes:
Sweet & Red Potatoes diced
Olive oil and other seasonings'
Bake for 45 minutes at 425

Mug Brownie:
3/4 C Flour
3/4 C Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
3/4 Organic cane Sugar
Add a few tablespoons of above dry mix to a mug and add a small amount of oil and enough plant milk to make a smooth thick consistency. Warm in microwave for 40 seconds, take out for 20 seconds and put back in for 20 seconds.

Chocolate Nice Cream:
Frozen Bananas
Dark Chocolate Almond Milk (or just unsweetened cocoa powder)
Blend until creamy and smooth

Veggie Bowls:
Veggies of choice fried in a pan with olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder
Warm up quinoa in microwave
Add veggies to quinoa and top with cashew cream (I thin mine out with some brothe and a whisk)
I also top with turkey, seasonings and green onion
