LESBIAN ONLINE DATING: Safety! (Lesson 0)

LESBIAN ONLINE DATING: Safety! (Lesson 0) This is the first video in a big series that I am doing to teach lgbt women about online dating safety. Please watch this one before all the others, this is the most important one, because it involves life and death.

When you decide to go online to fool around, you need to be responsible for your own safety. Sex, dates, and all that fun stuff is for grown folks. Even if you are in high school, congratulations- if you are old enough to have sex, you're grown enough to take responsibility for your safety. So here are some tips to protect yourselves:

1. Make sure the person has more than one photo. If they start talking sexual, it could be a man pretending to be a girl. Don't talk like a pig, if you want nudes and sexting you can do so irl! Be classy and be productive. Verify IMMEDIATELY if they start getting sexual. You never know if the person is the one in the pictures. Be sophisticated and make people earn it. Studying seduction is about having a choice of quality women to choose from, not sexing up whoever you can get

2. Look for full body pictures. People don't like to waste time, and besides that it's always best to be honest and confident about how you look and who you are. You should also make sure you have one on your profile as well. It doesn't have to be a sexy outfit, just something that shows what you look like.

3. Verify that it's a real person with social media handles. I wouldn't follow unless I have already slept with them/built a relationship with them. But that is your call. Use sense when using social media. If the account looks fake, it probably is.

4. Reverse image searching can do wonders! You can use it if you doubt someone is real to see where other photos have been posted on the internet. You can identify if someone is using a celebrity's photos.

5. Congruency- what she says should mach up with the profile. If she says she's 500 miles away but Tinder says she's 3 miles away, that's an issue. If she says she's a professional model but has no professional quality pictures on her IG, that's an issue.

6. Snap/Text and Time stamp- have them verify themselves on social media. Let them hold up a pic with their face, their name, and the time. Make sure the message is handwritten and a clear image is shown.

7. Skype- probably the best way. Video and audio at the same time. Helps to build one on one connection, verify they are real, and easy to screen out after if she's not your type.

All Verifications Must Show Face!
While on the Date
- meet in a safe public place
- get their pic and info and send it to someone
- text friends every few hours
- take a pic with your date and send it to someone
-arrange a curfew time
- bring weapons to protect yourself

Not all women are for women, some are sneaky and will try to set you up with men or seriously harm you. The Smallville actress did it so what makes you think a stranger online won't?

The more experienced you are with game the more you will be at detecting fakes and predators!
