Self-doubt is a feeling of lack of confidence on one’s own capabilities, decisions, talents and spiritual gifts.
Self doubts debilitate people in giving and receiving wellness of any kind –be it spiritual or material. If at all, we want to make any positive impact in our own lives as well as in the lives of the people around us it is very much imperative to be confident and courageous. We cannot offer value to anyone including ourselves when we are in the place of self doubt.
