Oakfield|Genesee County Civil Freedoms group holds meeting to inform and take action The Genesee County Civil Freedoms group that was newly created just a few weeks ago, held its first meeting at the Oakfield Community Center on Drake street on Saturday.

The group is looking to educate people about the bills that will be introduced during the next legislative session that infringe on your religious, medical and parental rights.

Dr. Gregg Wollen, a Chiropractor from Orchard Park, and parent advocate, discussed the bills being presented and what people can do to make sure their rights as parents and citizens are not taken away.

Dr. Wollen has been meeting with the public and the local assemblymen across the area and is knowledgeable on the strategies that law makers are using to strip away constitutional rights, one at a time.

Jacqualine Chamberlain organized the Genesee County Civil Freedoms group to help educate people on the future bills that are upcoming in the NYS Assembly and NYS Senate.

She hopes to have more meetings in the future and is looking for volunteers to assist in the grassroots effort to preserve people's constitutional freedoms so people continue to have choices as far as religious, medical and parental choices.
