Magnificent top of the range Carthago motorhome from 2004

My neighbours' van at a stellplatz in Germany. They are from France and have this magnificent Carthago van from 2004. It is on a Mercedes chassis, is very tall, has a clearly divided space for the living room, kitchen and bedroom. This may not quite have been top of the range when it came out but it is hard to imagine anything much better. Were it to come on the market, I would anticipate a price in the region of EUR40k - EUR45k, although that of course depends on the equipment offered and condition.
