On December 1, 2019, I visited Can Tho, met the men who were fishing with a large number of fishing rods. After searching on the internet, there was no regulation on the number of fish or fishing rods used to catch Vietnamese fish. I don't know if this is right or wrong, but I know it is against the law in Canada and the USA.
This makes me feel interesting in Vietnam, where people feel life is easy and some people are happy, and some are unhappy.
