An aggressive eagle stole a fish from two birds before fending them and a nosy buffalo off valiantly.

Michelle Broadhurst was on safari in Kruger National Park, South Africa, on November 19, when she spotted a marabou stork catch a catfish.

Dropping it in a shallow pond to let it die, an African fish eagle saw its opportunity and swooped in to steal the free meal.

While defending its safari sushi valiantly from the two storks, the fish eagle also had to stand its ground against a giant buffalo as it tried to chase the bird away.
