Losing a parent as a young adult is scary, it leaves you feeling completely shattered. Sadness,depression, and grief follows and you begin to question God. Nobody truly knows the pain you go through so It is perfectly okay to cry. It is okay to grieve for as long as you want. You may never get over it and I want you to know that it’s OK. I have found peace in knowing my dad is watching over us while he’s resting. I assure you that time helps and a day will come when you will smile again.
