Violence in Hong Kong as protesters refuse to remove masks on Halloween

Hundreds gathered near Lan Kwai Fung on Thursday (Oct 31) where the situation turned violent after protesters refused to remove their face masks on Halloween night.

Under the anti-mask law, people have to remove their face coverings if asked to do so by police. Business owners in the area also said they have noted a decline in sales due to the ongoing unrest. Afifah Ariffin with more. #HKProtests
