The Silver Alien was an outfit I made for my friends show ExxEss Latex for the Munich event Avantgardista in Munich of 2018. It was made for Chrissie Seams to model and only she could wear this beast, it is extremely restrictive in both breathing, moving, seeing and hearing. In its construction the internal skintight all body encasing layer of the catsuit is entirely made from latex while upon this are panels of rubberised heavy metallic vinyl. If that wasn't enough an internally integrated corset is included.
The helm consists of small mirror eyes and air tubes while the mittens prevent the free movement of the hands.
The outfit was designed by myself in consultation with Chrissie and I made the catsuit, helm and mittens while Chrissie made the internal hood and boots.
A year after the ExxEss Latex show Chrissie invited me back to Germany where she took to the streets as this extraordinary extraterrestrial. I just had to accompany her, taking photos and film.
We had permission from the cinema to shoot but not from the shopping mall. We managed about 6 minutes of shooting before security politely asked us to leave. Everyone in both locations were super from the shop keepers and assistants and cinema staff to the amazing general public young and old.
It was a magical evening for everyone.
