Parkade Explosion Forces Evacuation Of Nearby Buildings

Several government offices had to be evacuated for several hours on Tuesday, after an explosion at the parkade in Port of Spain.

TTT News understands two explosive devices were discovered, with one of them not detonated. It has not been confirmed whether the second device was found on the same floor as the one that exploded.
