1. While standing, take a shoulder width stance while holding a medicine ball by your chest.
2. Bend at your hips, then your knees, as you lower your body towards the floor in a squatting motion, while gripping the medicine ball on the floor, directly under your shoulders.
3. Jump back with both feet to get into a standard push up position with your arms extended then immediately complete the push up on top of the medicine ball, by bending your elbows and lowering your body until it’s a few inches off the medicine ball, then press your hands through the medicine ball to raise back to the top of the push up.
4. Jump both feet back in and immediately raise the medicine ball over your head and jump straight into the air.
5. Land softly, then immediately complete another medicine ball jump burpee push up.
6. Repeat for reps.
