Companies need to improve communication of hazardous substances in products EU Member States carried out a joint enforcement project in 15 countries and found that 12% of inspected products contain substances of very high concern (SVHCs). 88% of the companies supplying these products are failing to communicate sufficient information about the SVHCs to their customers.
