City plans to expand Sacramento's protected bike lane network

The city of Sacramento is hosting an open house Wednesday evening about a roadway project that will bring two big changes to city streets. In an effort to make roadways safer for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians, the city plans to increase its network of protected bike lanes and convert some one-way streets to two-way streets.
