Boris Johnson, talking about the 'great' deal for Northern Ireland

So, Boris Johnson says the deal in Northern Ireland is a great one because not only do they have access to GB, but they also have the free movement within the EU and access to the single market

So if having access to the single market and free movement is so good, why does he want the rest of the UK to lose those things?????
