This playList is for persons who have found an LLC Operating Agreement online, and are now seeking to adapt that OpAgreement to their own situation. As such, this playList and our website TannerPatent.com do not offer example Op Agreements.

Even if we offered these, it wouldn't do any good. Very few would ever read or download them.

There are already so many satisfactory OAs available on-line, there is no point our providing more. Plus, our law firm side does not want the liability.

Instead, we want to see you help develop and customize your OA to your own situation. Hopefully without an attorney.

One principle that you will hear a lot from us: An OpAgreement to change a lot, and a good OpAgreement strategy should include a system and routine for changing and re-obtaining signatures within that OpAgreement as circumstances change.

Life changes, businesses change, and people change. An OpAgreement should not be fixed in stone. It should be solidly enforceable, but should also have provisions for update and re-assessment.
