One principle that you will hear a lot from us: An OpAgreement to change a lot, and a good OpAgreement strategy should include a system and routine for changing and re-obtaining signatures within that OpAgreement as circumstances change.
Life changes, businesses change, and people change. An OpAgreement should not be fixed in stone. It should be solidly enforceable, but should also have provisions for update and re-assessment.
