Tips for surgery : Bring a comfortable pillow, a fan, a 10ft long cable for your phone or ipad. Prepare to be in pain but remember that our military people can be hurt in the field with much more pain than under this controlled setting. Move early and mover often. The better shape you are in, the better your outcome
