BASF @ K2019: Use of plants as a sensor to asses impact of additives used in plastic greenhouses

BASF @ K2019: Use of plants as a sensor to asses impact of additives used in plastic greenhouses Additives used in plastic greenhouses cause changes in the environment which directly impact plant growth and thus its phenotype. With our in house developed sophisticated and state-of-the-art imaging technologies, we are able to measure all the effects directly on the plants phenotype. In this way, plants are “telling and showing” us which additives have positive impact on its development and productivity.
