Hours after President Salva Kiir and Opposition leader Riek Machar held talks in Juba, the African council of religious leaders has urged them to ensure they meet the deadline to implement the 2018 peace deal. Despite reaching no agreement on a raft of unresolved issues, both sides have expressed confidence that the unity government will come together in time.
