Coldwater roof leak- dripping black mold - no roof repairs permits issued since 1952. Every rainy season, I asked for them to fix the roof for three years in a row every time I was told they will not fix the roof but they will put sandbags on it and that's all they ever did I endured many sleepless nights and many days cleaning up a miserable mess and you could see multiple chipped layers of paint over mold where they had painted over the mold several times instead of properly cleaning it up and did not inform me of this ongoing flood and mold hazard prior of my move in
