Pakistan is far behind the other nations in terms of women empowerment

Nadeem Nusrat, Chairman of South Asia Minorities Alliance Foundation pointed out several flaws in democratic process of Pakistan.
In an exclusive interview with 4 news agency, Nadeem Nusrat accused pakistan of no fulfilling its promises made during the time of Independence. He said that Pakistan has male patriarchal and misogynist society which has always failed to give equal status and respect to women in Pakistan and government is mere a puppet in hands of religious extremists.
