Drivers struggle through flooded roads in Kyushu after storms

Japan's Meteorological Agency has issued an emergency warning for heavy rain in Saga, Nagasaki and Fukuoka prefectures in northern Kyushu, western Japan. It's the highest alert level in the disaster warning scale.
