While talking to the people of Neni ,Senator Victor Umeh made the following promises and remarks.
" I have fought for our people within eleven months of my arrival at the Senate... Our activities have changed the perception of our people for better....Neni is a great town ...stakeholders from Neni are great achievers and in support of me .....
Within a year of my being in the Senate ,i attracted for Neni construction of Nursing quarters at National Primary health centre, Neni .
I gave scholarship to seventy brilliant but less privileged youths from Anambra central, Neni got a youth benefiting... I have before now over 230 Youths in Universities benefiting from our scholarship...
I attracted NDE skill acquisition training for 151 Youths from Anambra central, three Youths from Neni benefited "
A visit to Primary health centre Neni on 24th August 2019 ,shows the construction of Nurse's Quarters at Neni primary health centre as promised by Senator Victor Umeh on 9th February 2019 to the people of Neni.
The project is among forty projects attracted by Senator Victor Umeh for forty communities out of 58 communities in Anambra central within a year of his stay in the Senate ,as captured in 2018 budget .
Senator Victor Umeh promised it to the people of Neni ,and has started fulfilling it to the people of Neni .
