Saber Outline {Person}:

(You Don’t Have To Use A Black Background I Just Used It For The Video)

1. Go To Multi-Layer Clip
2. Import Your Picture
3. Go To “Add Mask”
4. Click Erase
5. Erase Everything But The Person In Your Picture
6. Then Press Create
7. Go Back To “Multi-Layer” And Click The “1” And Click Your Cut Out Picture
8. Go To Color And Search “hollow fuzz2” (You Can Change The Color Of The Outline If You Want)
9. Press “Create” And Press “New” Then Press “Re-Effect”
10. Press The “+” Button And Go To The Search Button And Type “Ripples” (You Can Change How You Want The Ripples To Be)
11. Press The Red “Re-Effect” Button
12. Then Go Back To “Multi-Layer” And The 1st Layer Is Your Outline And The 2nd Layer Is Your Cut Out Picture
13. And Your Done! 💓
