๐ธ Do NOT have negative affirmations! I try my best and spend a lot of time making my subliminals, I also personally listen to my own subliminals. I love the subliminal community very much, it is the most positive and loving community I've been in, and I would never do anything to tarnish it.
๐ธ Are almost always forced. I find that forced subliminals work the best, and since I personally use my own subliminals, I want them to work for me and everyone I share them with!
๐ธ Are exaggerated! I use affirmations like faster than the speed of light, 99999 units/sec, all the time to speed up results.
๐ธ Are safe to listen to overnight, unless stated otherwise.

๐ธ The name kathaaisip is from kathang isip, which means imagination, fiction, or thoughts in my language (Filipino). There's a band in my country called Ben&Ben, (great band btw, look them up, they have English songs too!) and they have a song called Kathang Isip. It's about imagining you're with someone, and making up scenarios and remembering times that are gone. I guess it's called Kathang Isip because of the whole imagining scenarios in your head.
