A while back, I did another compilation of this tour, which you can check out here: The main issue was that it was sloppily put together. I used whichever versions I could find, and some shows that were used had two separate versions. I always wanted to go back and do a revised edition. As with the other one, this isn't meant to be definitive in any way of course. I tried varying up the track listing a bit in order to avoid repetition, though there are quite a few tracks which overlap. Here are the shows I used along with their respective versions:
