3. Just start & get active - Starting is probably the most difficult task for anyone starting their weight loss journey. Mostly because it's hard to break bad habits. However, it's pretty simple to change that. Simply put, you need to just do anything active. Whether it's walking a few more steps or lifting a couple of weights, the key is to always keep moving. The more you move, the more calories you burn. Do note that if you burn 3500 calories you'll lose 1 pound. So each calorie counts regardless if you're burning it or consuming it!
2. Reach out and ask for help - A problem a lot of people have is to ask for help. Putting our pride aside, we'll reach our goals a lot faster if we just keep learning from others.
3. Patience - Our society is tuned into having everything done the next day. Unfortunately, people apply this concept to their fitness goals. It's great to have fitness goals, but great results never happen overnight. That’s why if you allow yourself to accept exercise and clean eating as a lifestyle, you’re no longer fighting against time. Time actually goes by faster when you don’t keep track of it.
