How I use Goody Ouchless elastics to put my hair in a ponytail with only one hand! (chair method)

I find Goody Ouchless elastics work well for me. Here’s a link for them at Walmart but you can find them practically everywhere. For me, the key to doing this is having the elastic near the ends of my fingers, and grabbing all the hair at the same time. This takes practice! Be patient with yourself, it takes some time to master this!
