According to the FBI, these guys stole money from many businesses and older people. It's 80 of them and they are mostly Nigerians. The Fed busted a fraud ring comprising of many Nigerians in America and outside the country. About 80 people are involved, some were captured in Los Angeles, some in other states and the rest are still at large.
