Raichur district administration has given bravery award for a boy named Venkatesh. A bridge connecting Hirerayakumpi and Google village was inundated due to Krishna river floods. An ambulance came in the same road and the driver couldn't find the way on the bridge. Venkatesh got on the inundated bridge and kept running to show the way for the ambulance.
