Back day (cut wk 6) BACK DAY as a Chest Recovery


I will usually hit back the day after chest because most of the muscles used are counter to the muscles used on chest day. This allows the chest to take a rest and allows the muscles to continue to recover from the previous day's workout! We grow when we rest y'all!! Time, warm blood, and a purpose. Anything is possible.


Find a gym. Get past the front desk.  GET STRONGER!!!
