Speaker John Bercow surprised at House leader's interest in point of order

John Bercow, Speaker of the House of Commons, showed surprise when the Leader of the House of Commons, Mel Stride, responded to a point of order. Speaker Bercow was giving advice on how to get the attention of the government regarding the use of public funds when the Leader of the House rose to his feet and responded.
