The #NYPD are out of control this summer...Officers are told to respect the 1st Amendment Rights of the community they Patrol, as per their NYPD Patrol Guide....Hurt Feelings doesn't grant any officer the Right to brutalize & arrest people in targeted minority areas...CPU is currently investigating this matter.
