In this I mention the following missed opportunities: And so many more that were mentioned here, that didn't appear in any X-Movies. After the ending of Days of Future Past, it looked like a whole new world of possibility had opened up, and we got 3 R-Rated films out of it so I suppose that was true. But the mainstream super flicks in the series looked so low-budget and embarrassed of themselves.
I spend a lot of time talking about X-Men Apocalypse, and it's problems. But that is because I feel the problems we saw in Dark Pheonix really hit their stride in Apocalypse. And now... "Everything they've built shall fall! And from the purchase, the Mouse will build a better one." I couldn't resist ;)
