Most people have no idea how to set their intention, and it's one of the easiest and most effective spiritual and universal practices that you can do! Setting your intention is a verbal message to the universe, your spiriual guides and positive energies, But it also so much more than that!
What you're doing is letting every energy in the vicinity know what you are about to manifest and it absolutley get's the ball rolling!
I do this in every area of my life. It could be a morning intention to have an amazing day.
Or it could be at night, before bed, setting the intention to receive messages or spiritual advice from my guides.
if you're having any type of haunting or paranormal activity, setting your intention that your space is YOUR space, can reaffirm your boundaries.
No negative energies. EVER!
I also use this method for communicating with my extraterrestrial (alien energies) guides. I set the intention before bed and allow for those guiding energies to connect with me.
Never underestimate the power of your words.
They have power in this reality and have the ability to manifest into the physical, so be sure to keep them positive.
