Suji kheer/Semolina kheer/सूजी खीर for infants and toddlers Here is a recipe of Suji Kheer for infants and toddlers... U can start it after your baby completes 6 months....once your baby is at least 6 months old, you can gradually start making suji a part of the baby's diet. In case the baby has an allergy to gluten, suji isn't an option to be considered. Making semolinaporridge/kheer/halwa for babies is the simplest way to introducebsuji

U can replace cow milk from formula milk or breast milk. Thing is to remember you have to prepare it with water in beginning after kheer is prepared add FM/BM..



Ingredients


Suji – 3tbs

Cow milk – 150-200ml
Jaggery/honey(0ptional for 6-12 months baby) - as required
Green cardamom/Elaichi – 2 pods

Cow ghee – 2tbs





Note- It is recommended by most of the paediatricians that honey/sugar/jaggery/ salt is not to be given below 1year…So consult your paediatrician before adding to your infant's diet
