The system seen here from JH Robotics uses robots from FANUC to integrate handling, stacking, labeling, part rejection and more. A pair of fast and compact FANUC LR Mate 200iD robots are used to handle trays in the system. Trays that enter the system are stacked for input. One FANUC LR Mate loads the transfer. It places the trays into a regrip station for accurate placement. A second FANUC LR Mate is used to unload the trays. The robot unloads the tray, presents it to a labeler, then a vision inspection station. Once the trays have been labeled and inspected they are stacked by the robot for output. If a product fails inspection it is placed in a reject chute out of the system.
