It's awesome to succeed, but we all know that we will fail before we get to that destination. So, lately, I've been more obsessed with the question "how to deal with failure or failures in life"?
You see, failures make us question ourselves and lead to doubts. In worst case scenario, we give up...why? well, because we fail MORE THAN ONCE! Another truth is that, that's part of the process. We actually HAVE TO fail before we succeed.
So, let's get to the answer to how you actually deal with setbacks and failures?
"How would you act and behave right now if you knew that you are going to die NEXT WEEK?"
This put things into perspective. I'm a sensitive dude and in vulnerable states (hunger, tired) my ego tends to take over. Therefore, I actually decided to put a trigger to that and ask that question and it just makes you a happier because YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.
Don't be illusional though. This doesn't mean that your day will be perfect. You will still have bad days and you will still fail, but it will help you DEAL with it better.
