Sometimes you got to reconnect to the Holy Macedonian Spirit.
Lately I've been trying to reconnect to my ancestry. I visited a lot of Macedonian Orthodox Churches to find Truth / God / Spirit, What ever you might wanna call it. What better way to eat jesus' first food choice: FISH .
A great combination Churches and Fish in Vrutok, Macedonia - I couldn't ask for more.
Yup, It's not all about the Vegan, Carnivore Drama.
Often I think back, and I kinda regret that I didn't capitalize more on my travels. I was a Vegan for 4 years and didn't eat any traditional foods. I didn't indulge in the ancient cuisine. I missed out on many traditional Balkan, Asian, Aussie, South American Dishes for the Sake of Veganism.
Well, to be honest, I don't regret anything. I learned my lesson. This time I will indulge on my travels. I will taste all the delicious meals and I for sure won't miss out on Holy Macedonian Fish ;)
