Green Onions: 15 grams
Ginger roots: 10 grams
Dry Chili: 2 grams (optional)
Cilantro: 15 grams (optional)
Light soy sauce: 5 tbsp for 4 pieces of tilapia fish or other fish.
Cooking Oil: 2 tbsp
Water: 4 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
(Note: if you only cook 2 pieces of the fish, please cut the liquids and sugar for the sauce in half amount of above.)
Procedures;
1. Shred the green onions along its green; and thinly slice and shred ginger.
2. Use a scissors to cut dry chili into shreds, and cut cilantro into short segments. (optional )
3. On a boiling water pan, steam the fish for 10-15 minutes on a high heat. (when you see the steam coming out of lid, start the timing)
4. After the fish is steamed, pour the liquid from the plate into the sauce bowl to combine them. Pour 5-8 tbsp of the combined sauce onto the steamed fish.
5. Lay the veggies on top of the fish in the order of cilantro, green onions, gingers and chili.
6. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil to the point where it slightly smoke
