Menopause is a stage were there is a change in the hormonal pattern that is happening in the normal females. The most important thing that can happen in this menopausal people is there is suppression of estrogens that is routinely present in the body because the ovaries stop providing estrogen. They have a lack of estrogen supply. Because of this lack of estrogen, this estrogens controls a lot of things in the body. One of the thing is small blood vessels under the skin and it is said that because of the deficiency of the estrogens, the hypothalamus, that is in the brain, that is misguided. So the temperature settings in the hypothalamus it tries to feel that it is more hot and because it is more hot, as a defence mechanism, the body tarts sweating as a defence mechanism and that is the reason why the menopausal lady sweats a lot.
