Two durian sellers plead guilty for evading tax, under-declaring income Two durian sellers have pleaded guilty to charges of evading tax and under-declaring income. 57-year-old Shui Poh Chung pleaded guilty in court on May 3 and was slapped a fine of S$10,000, and a penalty of over $46,000 for evading tax. His brother 59-year old Poh Sing, who also pleaded guilty and will face sentencing on another date. Both brothers co-owned a stall in Ghim Moh called Ah Seng Durian.
