This guide shows you the Pass the Buck Achievement / Trophy in Sniper Elite V2 Remastered. Turn off the tutorials in the options and start the prologue on cadet difficulty. With disabling the tutorials you will start directly at a really good location for this achievement / trophy. Aim at the same spot on the pillar next to the German general as in the video. The first shot will always miss but the second shot will hit the target.
