Ingredients Required:
2 cups grated cabbage
1/2 Cup grated carrot
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt as required
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup corn flour
1 tsp Red Chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Ingredients Required for MANCHURIAN:
3 tsbp oil
2 chopped green chillies
4 garlic cloves chopped
2 tsp ginger chopped
1 small sized onion chopped
5-6 spring onions
salt as required
2 tsp Chilly sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
corn flour water (1 tbsp cornflour & 4 tbsp water )
chopped green onions
