[Warning: Violent Content] Footage Reveals Officers In New Haven Shooting Failed To Activate Cameras Body cam footage provided by the Connecticut State Police from Hamden police officer Devin Eaton, one of two officers involved in a shooting incident in New Haven on April 16th in which a woman was shot and injured. In the video, police are seen shooting at a car that was suspected in an armed robbery in Hamden. Another officer involved, Terrance Pollock, was from Yale University. Neither of the officers had their body cameras on during the shooting. Eaton turned his camera on after the incident began, activating the "recall function," which captures video just prior to the camera's activation.
