One of the biggest shocks to some westerners coming to work in Asia is realising that the 'Rules of Engagement' in the workplace in this part of the world may be very different. What are those differences? What is appropriate and not appropriate? What can get you into trouble? Every country is different - though there are some commonalities that you can find across many countries in Asia.
